Description of the operating business:


The entire value chain for project development in the field of renewable energies, water and waste treatment in Africa. The Expertise includes project generation (planning, development, financing), operation of power plants for the generation of electricity.

Further business areas and equity investments: financial products and licenses in the field of renewable energy products: waste disposal facilities, energy concepts, energy consulting.



Generating outstanding share holder value while improving living conditions in Africa through the sale and operation of power- and water systems as well as waste treatment plants.



ENTRADE Africa Growth PLC was founded in 2010 and was succesfully traded under the name ENTRADE Capital PLC on Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2012. During the Year 2013 the company was completely restructured and is now free of liabilites and debt. As a future subsideary of  German ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG it hold´s not only the exclusive distribution liscenses as well as substantial project development rights in Africa. Already after a brief period of time the potential Africa Business of ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG has become so large that a seperate company was needed in order to offer investors a legal entity on a global finacial market place in which to invest.


ENTRADE as a Group has invested over EUR 50 Mil. in the development of micro power plants on the basis of thermochemical conversion of biomass into a syn-gas and further on into electricity by using an engine-generator set. ENTRADE has been pushing the development of a turn-key, easy to use bamboo generator for years and was able to announce the E3 to the public in September of 2014.

ENTRADE Africa Growth PLC will sell power systems in Africa as well as operate waste-and water treatment centers in Africa. Being a power provider from a local feedstock like bamboo ENTRADE is well equipped to use auxilliary equipment in order to create long-term chash flow as well as improving peoples lives by providing the essentials needed for growth and properity.


Accredited Investors

Under the Securities Act of 1933, a company that offers or sells its securities must register the securities with the SEC or find an exemption from the registration requirements. The Act provides companies with a number of exemptions. For some of the exemptions, such as rules 505 and 506 of Regulation D, a company may sell its securities to what are known as "accredited investors."


The federal securities laws define the term accredited investor in Rule 501 of Regulation D as:


- a bank, insurance company, registered investment company, business

  development company, or small business investment company;

- an employee benefit plan, within the meaning of the Employee

  Retirement Income Security Act, if a bank, insurance company, or

  registered investment adviser makes the investment decisions, or if

  the plan has total assets in excess of $5 million;

- a charitable organization, corporation, or partnership with assets

  exceeding $5 million; a director, executive officer, or general partner
  of the company selling the securities;

- a business in which all the equity owners are accredited investors;

- a natural person who has individual net worth, or joint net worth with

  the person’s spouse, that exceeds $1 million at the time of the

  prurchase, excluding the value of the primary residence of such person;

- a natural person with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two

  most recent years or joint income with a spouse exceeding $300,000
  for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level
  in the current year; or

- a trust with assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to acquire the

  securities offered, whose purchases a sophisticated person makes.
